Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the rules for using the GrowNagar website and the general basis on which we work with you, from first enquiry to signed proposal. Using our products and subscriptions is covered separately in our Terms of Service.
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use a GrowNagar software product, subscription or managed service. They explain accounts, subscriptions, service levels, who owns the data, and when a service may be suspended or ended. Website use and general engagement terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Cookie Policy
By default, our website uses only the essential storage it needs to work and to remember your cookie choice. We use Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode: analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want refunds to be fair to you and to the work our team has put in. This policy explains what happens to advances, milestone payments and subscriptions if you cancel, which charges are paid to third parties and are outside our control, and how to request a refund.
