We believe in being honest about what technology and marketing can do. This page explains the limits of the information on our website and of the results we can promise, so you can make decisions with clear expectations.

1. General information only

The content on this website, including service pages, product descriptions, examples and articles, is general information to help you understand what GrowNagar does. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a binding offer. The terms of any work are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Please check important details with us before relying on them.

2. Marketing results are not guaranteed

Good marketing improves your chances, but results depend on many things we cannot control: your market, competition, pricing, product, season, budget, how fast your team follows up, and platform algorithms.

  • We do not guarantee a number of leads, sales, calls, site visits or revenue.
  • We do not guarantee a specific return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead or conversion rate.
  • Any examples, estimates or projections we share are illustrations, not promises.

3. Google, Meta and other platforms

  • We cannot guarantee search rankings, ad approvals, reach or account status on Google, Meta, WhatsApp or any other platform. These are decided by the platforms and their algorithms and policies.
  • Advertising budgets are paid directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform. They are separate from GrowNagar's management fee.
  • WhatsApp messaging follows Meta's policies, opt-in rules and template approvals, and Meta sets per-message charges. We cannot promise unlimited messages, account approval or a verified badge (green tick).
  • GrowNagar works with and integrates these platforms. Working with a platform does not mean GrowNagar is endorsed by it.

4. AI has limits

AI tools such as chatbots, automated replies and content assistants can save time, but they can also make mistakes, misunderstand questions or produce incorrect information.

  • Please review AI outputs before relying on them, especially for prices, medical, legal or financial matters.
  • Keep a person in control of important decisions about customers, money and health.
  • We explain how data is used by any AI feature we set up for you.

5. Payments and third-party services

GrowNagar builds payment integrations, but we are not a bank, payment aggregator or payment gateway. Money is collected, held and settled by authorised payment partners such as gateways and banks, under their own terms. Settlement times, charges, KYC checks and transaction failures are decided by those partners.

Many of our solutions also depend on other third-party services, such as cloud hosting, domain registrars, email providers and messaging platforms. Their outages, price changes or policy changes may affect your service, and are outside our control.

Our website may link to other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability. A link does not mean we endorse the website.

7. Software and product availability

  • Some GrowNagar products are proposed or in development and are marked "Custom Solution" or "Contact for Availability". Features, timelines and availability may change.
  • Software can have bugs and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of issues outside our control. Any specific uptime or support commitment applies only if written in your agreement. See our Terms of Service.

8. Limits of consultation

Our consultations, audits and recommendations are based on the information you share and our experience at the time. They are business and technology suggestions, not legal, tax, compliance or financial advice. For decisions with legal or regulatory impact, such as data protection, GST or licensing, please also consult a qualified professional. You remain responsible for the decisions you take for your business.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, GrowNagar is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content. Liability for paid work is governed by your agreement and our Terms and Conditions.
