Payment and Billing Terms
No surprises on your bill. This page explains how we invoice, when payments are due, which costs go to third parties like Meta or Google, and how to pay us safely.
The short version
- Every payment to GrowNagar is backed by an official invoice.
- Projects usually start with an advance and continue in milestones.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle.
- Third-party costs such as Meta's WhatsApp charges, ad budgets, payment gateway fees, domains, hosting and cloud are separate from our fees.
- Pay only through our official invoice or payment link. We will never ask for your card PIN, UPI PIN or OTP.
These terms apply to services and products provided by GrowNagar. They work together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If your signed proposal or agreement says something different, the agreement applies.
Quotes and proposals
Before we start, we share a written quote or proposal that explains the scope of work, our fees, the payment schedule and any third-party costs we expect. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Invoices and GST
- We issue invoices for all payments, with GST added where applicable under Indian tax law.
- Our GST registration details, where applicable, are shown on our invoices.
- If you want your GSTIN on the invoice to claim input tax credit, please share it, with your registered business name and address, before the invoice is raised.
- Invoices are sent by email from an official GrowNagar address.
Advances and milestones
- Most projects (such as websites, apps, software and setups) start after an advance payment of 50% of the project fee, unless your proposal says otherwise.
- The balance is billed in milestones linked to clear stages, such as design approval, development completion and go-live.
- We may pause work on the next stage until the current milestone invoice is paid.
- Final delivery, handover of source code or transfer of ownership happens after full payment, as set out in our Intellectual Property Policy.
Subscriptions and recurring services
- Subscriptions (such as software plans, maintenance, WhatsApp management or marketing retainers) are billed in advance for each billing cycle, usually monthly, quarterly or yearly, as chosen in your plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any change to your subscription fee.
- Upgrades take effect when confirmed and may be billed on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades usually take effect from the next billing cycle.
Payment due dates and late payment
- Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date, unless stated otherwise.
- If a payment is late, we will first send a friendly reminder. We know cash flow in a business can be tight, so please talk to us early if you need more time.
- If payment remains unpaid after 7 days, we may pause work or suspend access to the Services until the account is cleared. We will tell you before doing so.
- Late payments may attract interest of no interest is charged, where stated in your agreement.
- Services that depend on third parties (such as WhatsApp messaging or hosting) may stop if the third-party balance runs out, regardless of our own invoice status.
Taxes
Our fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless clearly marked as inclusive. Taxes are charged at the rates in force on the invoice date. If you are required by law to deduct tax at source (TDS), please share the TDS certificate with us on time so we can claim credit.
Third-party costs
Many of our services run on platforms owned by other companies. Their charges are not part of GrowNagar's fees, and they set their own prices. Common examples:
- Meta's WhatsApp charges: Meta charges for messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform as per its own pricing (by conversation or message category and country). These are passed through to you at cost or paid by you directly, as set out in your proposal. See our WhatsApp Messaging Policy.
- Advertising budgets: your ad spend on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or other platforms is paid directly to those platforms, usually from your own ad account and payment method. It is separate from our management fee.
- Payment gateway fees: if we integrate a payment gateway into your website or app, the gateway charges its own transaction fees to you under its terms.
- Domains, hosting and cloud: domain registration, hosting, cloud servers, email services, SMS and other subscriptions are billed by those providers, either directly to you or passed through by us at cost, as agreed.
- Licences and paid tools: paid themes, plugins, fonts, stock images or software licences needed for your project.
Third-party prices may change without notice from the provider. Third-party charges that have already been used, such as messages sent or ad spend delivered, usually cannot be refunded by us.
How to pay safely
- Pay only through the official invoice or a payment link we send from an official GrowNagar email address, using authorised payment partners such as banks and licensed payment gateways.
- GrowNagar is not a bank, payment aggregator or payment gateway. Payments are processed by these authorised partners under their own terms and security standards.
- Never share your card PIN, UPI PIN, OTP or net banking password with anyone, including someone who says they are from GrowNagar. You need a UPI PIN only to send money, never to receive it.
- If our bank details ever seem to change, confirm by writing to support@grownagar.in before paying.
- If you receive a suspicious payment request using our name, report it to hello@grownagar.in.
Billing questions and disputes
If something on your invoice looks wrong, please write to support@grownagar.in within 7 days of receiving it, with the invoice number and what you think needs to change. Please pay the parts of the invoice that are not in question while we check. We will review and, if we made a mistake, issue a corrected invoice or credit note.
For refunds, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you are not satisfied with how a billing issue was handled, see our Grievance Redressal page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect invoices already issued. The date at the top shows the latest version.
