Under the DPDP Act, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to know how it is used, to correct or erase it, to withdraw consent, and to have a grievance resolved. Please contact us first so we have a chance to fix the issue, as the law expects. If you are not satisfied with our response, or do not hear from us within the time allowed, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India in the manner set out under the DPDP Act and its rules.
If your data is held in a system we run for one of our clients (for example, you received a message from a shop or school that uses our software), that business is usually responsible for your data. We will help pass your request to them and support them in responding.
