Acceptable Use Policy

Our tools are built to help honest businesses grow. This page lists what you must not do with our websites, software, products and services, and what happens if someone does.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Why we have this policy

GrowNagar builds websites, software, WhatsApp solutions, CRMs, AI tools and marketing systems for businesses. These tools can reach thousands of people in minutes. Used well, they save time and bring customers. Misused, they can harm people, damage trust and put every business on the same platform at risk. This policy keeps things fair and safe for everyone.

This policy applies to anyone who uses our websites, our products, the systems we build or manage, and our services ("Services"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service. The Services are provided by GrowNagar.

What you must not do

Spam and unwanted messages

  • Send messages, emails or calls to people who have not agreed to receive them.
  • Use purchased, rented, scraped or borrowed contact lists.
  • Keep messaging people after they have asked you to stop.
  • Hide who you are, or use misleading sender names or subject lines.
  • Break Meta's WhatsApp Business policies (see our WhatsApp Messaging Policy).

Unlawful or harmful content

  • Share content that is illegal under Indian law or the law of the place where it is received.
  • Share content that is obscene, sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, or spreads hatred based on religion, caste, gender, region or community.
  • Harass, threaten, bully or defame anyone.
  • Spread false information that can cause public harm, panic or unrest.
  • Promote illegal products or services, such as drugs, weapons, gambling where unlawful, or counterfeit goods.

Fraud and deception

  • Pretend to be another person, business, bank or government body.
  • Run phishing, fake offers, lottery or job scams, or Ponzi or pyramid schemes.
  • Ask people for OTPs, card details, UPI PINs or passwords through tools we provide.
  • Make false claims about products, prices, health benefits or financial returns.
  • Use our payment integrations for transactions that break the rules of the payment partner, the bank or the Reserve Bank of India.

Security attacks and misuse of systems

  • Upload or spread viruses, malware, ransomware or any harmful code.
  • Try to break into, test or scan our systems, or those of other users, without written permission.
  • Overload our Services, for example through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
  • Get around usage limits, access controls, licence checks or security features.
  • Share your login with people outside your business, or resell access without our written agreement.

Scraping and copying

  • Use bots, crawlers or scripts to copy content or data from our websites or products, except for normal search engine indexing.
  • Copy, reverse engineer or rebuild our software or designs, except where the law clearly allows it.
  • Use our Services to collect other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

Misuse of AI tools

  • Use AI chatbots, agents or content tools we provide to create deceptive, harmful, hateful or unlawful content.
  • Create deepfakes, or fake reviews, testimonials or news.
  • Present AI output as professional medical, legal or financial advice without a qualified human checking it.
  • Let AI make important decisions about people (such as loans, admissions, hiring or treatment) without human review.
  • Feed AI tools personal or sensitive data you do not have the right to use.
  • Try to trick an AI tool into ignoring its safety settings.

Intellectual property

  • Upload or share content you do not own or have permission to use, such as copied photos, music, logos or text.
  • Use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. See our Intellectual Property Policy.

Third-party platform rules

Many of our Services connect to platforms run by others, such as WhatsApp and Meta, Google, cloud providers and payment partners. You must also follow their rules. If a platform suspends your account for breaking its rules, we cannot reverse that decision, and it is not a fault in our Services.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you and your staff use the Services, and for the content you send, upload or publish through them. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us first at hello@grownagar.in.

How we enforce this policy

We do not routinely read your messages or business data. We may look into possible misuse when we receive a complaint, a platform notice, or see clear warning signs. Depending on how serious the issue is, we may:

  • Contact you to explain the problem and ask you to fix it.
  • Remove or disable the content involved.
  • Pause or limit the affected feature, campaign or account.
  • Suspend or end the Services, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities, and cooperate with lawful requests from them.

Where possible, we will warn you first and give you a fair chance to respond. For serious harm, such as fraud, child abuse material or an active security attack, we may act immediately. Fees already paid for a period in which the Services were suspended for breach of this policy are handled as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Reporting misuse

If you see someone misusing our Services, or you receive spam or scam messages that seem to come through our tools, please write to hello@grownagar.in with as much detail as you can, such as screenshots, dates and phone numbers or links involved.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
